Our Villa is located in the quiet community of Aylesbury, Davenport. It is a no through road, so no busy traffic. It is situated on US27 just five minutes from exit 55 of the main Interstate (I4) which will take you directly into Orlando for the Disney and Universal attractions as well as the lovely beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.

The following are approximate driving times:

Disney World Resort - 15 minutes
Animal Kingdom 15 - minutes
Epcot/MGM studios - 15 minutes
Downtown Disney 20 - minutes
Universal Studios - 20 minutes
SeaWorld and Aquatica - 20 minutes
International Drive - 25 minutes
Orlando International Airport - 40 minutes
Busch Gardens - 60 minutes
Sanford Airport - 60 minutes
Atlantic coast - 60 minutes
Gulf Coast - 90 minutes
Florida Mall - 25 minutes

It is well situated for your holiday, close by there are several executive golf courses, restaurants, shops, takeaways and supermarkets, including a large WAL MART and Publix. The new shopping development, Posner Park is less than a mile away offering, J.C Penney, Target, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods with other outlets opening in the near future. The lively Highway 192 is 15 minutes drive, here you can find many of the popular Bars, Restaurants like TGI Friday’s, Outback, Olive Garden, Carabbas plus shopping outlets and more family entertainment.

The local Tourist Information Centre is located less than 5 minutes away where you will find information and advice on the multitude of other activities and attractions that are available in the area.
