Golf Orlando
Go to the site and click on courses. This site has a great list of courses that are situated in the Orlando area, a very good site with lots of information including course opening times and prices.
American Golf
This site allows you to search all over the US for courses. A Good site if you're planning on moving around during your vacation.
Champions Gate Golf Club
Champions Gate Golf Club is made up of two distinctive and memorable courses designed by Greg Norman.
This course is also the home of David Leadbetter's Golf Academy, Champions Gate Golf Club is only five minutes drive from our home.

Kings Ridge Golf Club
Kings Ridge Golf Club offers a par 70 championship golf course, designed by renowned golf course architects Ezell and Clifton. There is also a spectacular 25,000 square foot Multi-Million Dollar Clubhouse as well as a Pro Shop and a large practice facility with a driving range.
RidgeWood Lakes Golf Club
RidgeWood Lakes Golf & Country Club is an up-scale, semi-private five star club, open to the public. Designed by Ted McAnlis, it was voted as best new golf course 1994 by Golf Digest. It was also voted one of the top thirty golf courses by the Florida Golfer in 1999. Ridgewood Lakes is sculpted from lush, rolling Florida ranch lands. The seven thousand yard championship course features water and or wet lands on 16 of the 18 holes. A minimum of four sets of tees makes the course a test of skill for all levels of golfers.
RidgeWood Lakes is located on Highway 27, just 2 miles south of I-4 in Davenport, just minutes away from The Magic Kingdom and Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Sea World, Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando.

If you have not visited Florida before, the temperature can be described as varying from very warm in winter, to very hot in summer.

Spring > March to May
High temperatures in the upper eighties and cooler in the evenings. Lows possible in the fifties. Plenty of sunshine but spring showers are common. Swim wear, shorts and light clothing for the day, sweaters for the cooler evening.
Summer > June to September
Daily temperatures are in the nineties. Later afternoon thunderstorms usually last only an hour. Visit attractions early to avoid midday heat. Return in the evenings to enjoy extended summer hours and night time shows. Light clothing and sensible footwear.
Autumn > October to mid December
Ideal weather in the eighties high and lows around the sixties. Abundant sunshine with some thunderstorms. Swim wear and light clothing for the day and a light jacket may be required for the evenings.
Winter > mid December to February
As expected the temperatures in the winter time are cooler, especially between late December through to January. seventies average high, evening lows around fifty fives. Swim wear and light clothing is recommended for warmer afternoons, warm clothing and jackets are required for the cooler evenings.
